Building permits will continue to be accepted digitally. All digital submittals may be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org. A building permit application must be submitted along with the rest of the submittal requirements for your project. To find out what kind of information is applicable to your particular project and to fill out an application, please select “Permits” from the menu on the left and continue to follow those guidelines along with the digital submittal guidelines referenced above. Incomplete submittals will not be sent for plan review. Please note that digital plans must be readable/clear for plan review to take place. Plans will then need to reviewed and approved before a permit can be issued.
Building permits will continue to be accepted over the counter. Scheduling an appointment will allow both you and our staff to help you feel confident that the person you need to see will be available.
Most major credit cards are now accepted, both in-person and over-the-phone. A 3% service charge will be added to all credit card transactions. Please be advised that the cardholders name, card number, 3-digit CVV, billing address, zip code, and card expiration date are required for over-the-phone payments. Copies of permits and receipts will be sent digitally to the billing contacts email address.
